My visit to Haya Sushi was nothing short of delightful. The restaurant itself exudes a modern, clean, and well-lit atmosphere that sets the perfect stage for a relaxed dining experience. I arrived just before 5 PM, and by 5:05, the place had become bustling like clockwork—a testament to its popularity. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from ordering to the delivery of food. I chose the Kiss of Fire Roll and the Hot & Flaming Roll, both of which were visually stunning and exceptionally flavorful. The Kiss of Fire Roll brought a vibrant spice that paired perfectly with the fresh ingredients, while the Hot & Flaming Roll provided a delightful balance of heat and creaminess, accentuated by the drizzle of eel and spicy mayo sauces. Each dish was meticulously presented, showcasing attention to detail in both preparation and plating. It's evident that the chefs at Haya Sushi take pride in their craft, offering a dining experience that feels elevated yet approachable. As someone who values cleanliness and ambiance, Haya Sushi delivered on all fronts. The restaurant’s polished interior and warm lighting enhance the overall atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for sushi lovers. Haya Sushi has earned its place as a go-to spot for sushi in Springfield. With its excellent food, welcoming staff, and inviting atmosphere, I’ll undoubtedly be returning for another meal soon.

Absolute hidden gem! Huge selection of sushi and non-sushi items, we especially loved the crab rangoon and hibachi dishes. At less than 25/person for AYCE sushi, this place can’t be beat!! Thank you, Haya!!

The quality is great for the price you’re paying and the presentation is spot on. This place is definitely the best all you can eat sushi place. I love the cross utilization of ingredients on the menu, the simple yet delicious options, and the variety of their menu. Please never take the surf n’ turf roll off. That spicy garlic sauce is amazing! Service is quick and the atmosphere is casual, but fun. A great and healthier option for everyone!

Haya has great options, and at 30 per person, the all you can eat will definitely fill you up without breaking your budget. Considering many sushi places price their hand rolls from 6-20 per roll in the area, you can easily get your money's worth here. All you can eat: the way it works is you get a lunch or dinner menu (dinner has more options but costs more). You order as many items you want, although excessive food waste may end up being charged extra on your bill, so aim to order and eat everything you order. The staff will give you a paper and you write everything you want under Kitchen, Sushi, and Rolls. I hope in the future perhaps they'll have a printed paper that makes this process a bit easier. The food: the dinner menu has about 40 items on it, and another 30 or so rolls to choose from, AND 15 or so individual sushi pieces you can try. The selection is HUGE, even if you don't like hand rolls or sushi you can still have a full dinner with the other items. All sushi and rolls were fresh and tasty, out of what we picked there wasn't one roll I didn't like. However a few rolls like the Super Crunch Roll were absolutely massive, not sure if it was over stuffed or poorly rolled, but they were hard to fit in your mouth they were so big. We ordered maybe 5 orders of baby octopus they were very tender and delicious. The Mexican Sunrise roll was unusual yet very tasty. The drinks: unfortunately at this time they do not have a liquor license so they do not sell alcohol, but they said they'll have a license in the future, so I'm excited to see their alcohol options. Currently your drink options are: water, tea, or soda. The staff: were all helpful and our waitress was polite and knowledgeable. I think because it's the first week of the restaurant the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Two of our items never came (no biggie we could've just reordered if we wanted to) and one item was brought to us by mistake from another table. I think a simpler system where the staff take our menu and check off each item as it arrives will cut down on the confusion. Or perhaps keeping our order and delivering everything at once, although that would lead to slower service. The atmosphere: despite the restaurant being almost full when we ate at 6pm, the noise level was fairly low, which made talking easy at our table. The restaurant has a minimal decor to the point where I sort of wished there were paintings or something covering the white walls, perhaps in time they'll decorate more. Yet the minimal astatic was also nice. I do wish the large windows that let in a ton of natural light into the restaurant has shades, as the sunset made our dining experience a bit unpleasant and we moved tables shortly after being seated. Not a big deal, just a small improvement. The place was almost full at 6pm on a Friday, so if you don't want to wait, call ahead and make a reservation. There was a large party waiting for maybe 20 minutes while we ate.

Food was great, only the chicken teriyaki was a touch dry, everything else was much higher quality than you'd expect from an all you can eat place! Owner and servers are all super friendly. Great place to try especially with a family!
